Before proceeding, please ensure your organisation has approved this order to be made and you have a Cost Centre or Purchase Order number.

Our team will be in contact with you in July to confirm your attendees' names, accessibility and dietary requirements.

Number of tickets to register

You may only register for one type of ticket at a time. If you wish to purchase multiple ticket types (e.g., in-person and online), you will need to complete this form separately for each type. However, all tickets will be consolidated into a single invoice.

Due to venue capacity limits and high demand, the CARN Conference may need to manage ticket availability to ensure we do not exceed the venue’s limits. If you select a single-day ticket, a member of our team will contact you after the programme is released to confirm which day(s) you plan to attend.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations received in writing prior to Friday 18 July 2025 will be refunded. After that date, registrations are partially refundable to cover admin and catering costs however if an attendee is unable to attend, substitutes can be made by emailing carn.gov@gmail.com. If the event is cancelled by the venue or CARN due to unforeseen events, all tickets will be refunded minus any applicable admin and catering costs.
